Exchange and Return

 

The exchange and return of ordered goods and services are conducted within the territory of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Rights of the Republic of Armenia. Similarly, outside the territory of the Republic of Armenia, the exchange and return are governed by the provisions of the Law on Consumer Rights of the country of delivery.

The product return is made within 14 days, the presence of a price tag and label on any type of product (in the condition that is not detached from the product) is a must.

The product returns can be made only for unworn, undamaged products. The quality and quantity accuracy of the product should be verified at the time of receipt and the return should be notified at the same time.

Out-of-stock products made to order are not subject to return.
