General Delivery Terms

The delivery service is available to RA every day from 10:00 to 22:00, except Sundays.

The cost of the delivery service is 1000 AMD in the city of Yerevan and 1500 AMD in the regions.

Deliveries in Yerevan are carried out within 1-2 days if the product is available.

Deliveries to regions are carried out within 2-7 days.

If for some reason the buyer or receiver does not like the delivered order and wants to return it, then the shipping fee must be paid, regardless of the amount of the order.

In order to ship an order to two different addresses, two different orders must be placed. A product or service certificate can only be delivered to one address per order.

To other countries where deliveries are made, the cost of standard delivery (the price varies depending on the weight of the product) starts from AMD equivalent to 12 USD. The product is delivered within 3-5 weeks.
